Consumer Based Measures

Surveys can capture information on how patients view their treatment experience, including their satisfaction with care and its various treatment components or events (e.g., being offered information about a medication’s side effects) and their perceptions about the outcomes of care. The WC has partnered with the Forum on Performance Measures to develop a consumer perception of care survey that can be widely used across patient populations and settings.
